Ideas challenge
Ideas challenge, a joint initiative between TREC-STEP and E-Cell focussed primarily at the NIT Trichy student community with the sole purpose to promote the growth of innovation coming out of the campus. The first edition held in April 2009 provided a phenomenal launchpad for dormant entrpreneurs with ideas relevant for the future. The whole event caught the fancy of the entire student junta simply because all that required of them was a single idea and not a holistic business plan.
Statup Internship
The most exhausting, yet anticipated part of a business, is during its fledgling days, watching the company grow into a conglomerate, by overcoming initial struggles. This experience is the most valuable and priceless gift that any budding entrepreneur cherishes, and with this in mind, we plan to start The Startup Internship program to initiate and expose NITTians to the startup culture, and work in a conducive environment which promises exciting opportunities.
