The contest will take place in three rounds; each of which shall be eliminative.

Participants of a team can be from different colleges/organizations but all of them have to be less than 28 years of age as on 28th February 2008 to be eligible for participation

By registering, the team is said to have agreed to the rules and regulations of the contest.

A team cannot submit more than one business plan.

The decision of the jurors and/or the organizers is final and binding.

Organizers may conduct necessary credit and reference checks before the winners are declared.

The teams are prohibited from contacting the judges with respect to the Business Plan after having registered. Any contact with a judge will lead to instant disqualification.

Misdeclaration of any kind, or misrepresentation or suppression of any facts or provision of any data or information that is not truthful or factual, in any document or data provided to the competition by the contestants is a valid ground for disqualification. The organizers reserve the right to call for any document or proof from the contestants to make sure that the competition is held under the best standards of ethics and values.

The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.

All disputes are subject to settlement within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu only.
